At GNC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is accepted.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
